Great being united once again with my long-time friend and musical brother, Nick Scanga on June 25, 2022. Nick and I go a long way back. We started working together in 1974 with John Papi, and then formed the group Chuck Corby & Co., and then we went on to join the Del Vikings. Nick and I also recorded and wrote many songs together including the original version of "Guess Who I Saw Today when we were with the Del Vikings, and we also wrote and recorded an unreleased album with the Del Vikings including a single that was released on the Fee Bee label titled "Welfare Blues" and the flip side was "Hollywood and Vine." Nick also co-wrote the tribute to Porky Chedwick. Nick wrote and played all of the music and I wrote the lyrics. It was of course a every special song for us dedicated to the Boss Man. Nick is not only a great guitar player but a true and great friend. Hopefully he will be able to fill in and play with us again in the future. He is a very busy man working with some of Pittsburgh's finest groups. Thank you, Nick. God bless you, stay safe and keep well.
